Project Management Services

Our sales teams work closely with our customers to develop solutions that are customized to specific requirements. Our project managers are trained to guide customers through the whole process, from purchase through design, delivery and installation. After installation, our service engineers guarantee prompt support via telephone or on-site visits. Finally, we offer service plans including factory and extended warranties, software support, and preventive maintenance as well as training services.

Training Services

The true value of a SATIMO system is much more than its cost. We are convinced that the full value is only achieved by taking into account the "value-in-use;" that is, the day-to-day benefits that our customers get from our products.

We offer every customer across our entire product line:
- Initial training after installation, on-site or in one of our offices
- Advanced training for individual users or groups
- Full courses on specific topics - check our events section regularly for more information.

Support & Maintenance

All of our equipment comes with a minimum 12 months' warranty. Extended maintenance contracts are also available. These contracts vary by product, but essentially they cover technical support, software updates, problem analysis and, if necessary, on-site repair and spare parts (or return shipment of the equipment in our product centers).

CTIA Certification Assistance

We offer certification assistance to obtain accreditation to ISO-17025 for OTA Testing according to the CTIA test plan. The assistance includes test procedure support, ripple test measurement kits, Active Measurement SW/HW, assessment of TRP/TIS uncertainty budget and on-site support by an engineer. Both our US lab in Atlanta and our SG 64 system are CTIA 3.0 accredited.

Measurement Services

Our antenna measurement systems are based on MV-Scan TM systems (multi-probe). This means that we can measure antennas from 400 MHz to 18 GHz very quickly. This is a double advantage for our customers: turn-around time can be very short and we can measure more antennas.
